I’m Stacey, a breathwork facilitator helping people reset their nervous system and come back to themselves. I work with everyday people who feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or stuck in their heads. Through breath and body-based practice, I help you soften inner chaos and rebuild a sense of calm, clarity, and capacity for life.
